V3 Extreme Team |
The Vine 3 Extreme Team is the arm of action for the ministry.
The team leaders, Marty Martinez and Bill Thomason, have a heart's desire to
see the actual “doing” of the word, living and moving within the people of God.
With a radical faith, it is the desire of the V3 Extreme Team to see the promises
of God filling every step we take with power and purpose.
We are available to the Body of Christ, to will and do the work of Him who sent
us.

I had a thought this morning that really
made me stop and consider deeply the ways we hold ourselves apart from
each other. The ways we deny a place for the agreement to increase the
flow of God's power in our lives.
Here's the thought:
Division in the ranks causes defeat in the battle.
Are we not sometimes the enemy in the camp? Lord, help me to not be a
hinderance to my brother and sister as we seek to fulfill your plans and
purposes in the earth. Amen.

Over the last few months the V3 Extreme Team has had the opportunity to:
Help with fencing, painting, carpet installation, welding, electrical, minor car
repairs and other hands-on help for those who were not equipped to handle these
needs, either monetarily or because of lack of knowledge.
The V3 Extreme Team was also a part of an outreach with the congregation of Abundant
Life Church, as they reached out to the kids, with a call to “Turn from Violence
to Victory!” The V3 Team furnished breakfast for all of the kids, teachers, and
volunteers and spent time speaking into the lives of the young people.

The heart to meet such everyday needs and to serve is at the core of the Extreme
Team.
In the book of Acts the church came together and put everything into the community
- the common unity of the body of believers. We are part of the same body, and
as they made a place where every need was important and nothing was overlooked,
so should we. A place where the co-creator with Christ is allowed to reach out
and touch all things that should be as important to us as they are to God --
actually creating a place where there is no lack by His power and leading.
We believe we can and should put our hands to this task and serve with our whole
heart until this becomes a reality among those that are called by the name of
our Lord, Jesus Christ.
This is what the V3 Extreme Team is all about.
